A historic matchday will be held in Munich as Paris Saint-Germain faces Inter Milan in the 2024/25 UEFA Champions League final.
PSG is going for their first-ever Champions League title. They hope to finally break their European curse after a superb 3-1 aggregate win against the Arsenal side in the semi-finals.
Coach Luis Enrique’s side overturned the Gunners with a 2-1 second-leg victory at the Parc des Princes, giving them a place in just their second Champions League final.
Their opponents, Inter Milan, have reached their 8th final after winning against Barcelona in a seven-goal games. The Italian side drew 3-3 in the first leg in Catalonia, then won 4-3 on aggregate thanks to an extra-time winner from Davide Frattesi at the San Siro.
The Inter Milan team, which last lifted the trophy in 2010 under José Mourinho, is aiming to bounce back from their 2023 final defeat to Manchester City. Meanwhile, PSG’s only previous final appearance ended in a narrow loss to Bayern Munich in Lisbon during the Covid-hit 2020 campaign.

Domestic Form and Season Overview
PSG arrive in Germany full of confidence after a domestic treble–winning Ligue 1 with six games to spare, the Coupe de France won 3-0 over Reims, and won the Trophée des Champions in January.
Inter’s domestic campaign ended in disappointment. They lost the Serie A title to Napoli on the final day, and were eliminated by AC Milan in both the Coppa Italia semi-finals and the Supercoppa Italiana.

Team News
For PSG, Ousmane Dembele is back to full fitness after recovering from a hamstring issue and is expected to start. Luis Enrique has a nearly full-strength squad to choose from.
Inter Milan also welcomes key players back. Lautaro Martinez, who scored in the second leg, is fully fit after a knock. Benjamin Pavard, Piotr Zielinski, and Yann Bisseck have all returned to training and are available for selection.
Prediction
This could finally be PSG’s year. Under Enrique’s restructured approach, less dependent on global superstars, more focused on rising talent, they have built a strong and hungry side. Inter’s recent domestic heartbreak and off-pitch speculation around manager Simone Inzaghi may tilt the mental edge in PSG’s favour.
