The decision was based on a joint assessment of future perspectives and mutual priorities.

Turin, 3 June 2025 – Juventus Football Club S.p.A. (“Juventus” or the “Company”) announces that it has reached
an agreement with Cristiano Giuntoli for the mutual termination, as of today, of his football director contract. The
decision has been reached by the parties following a joint assessment of future prospects and mutual needs.
The Company also confirms that Francesco Calvo has resigned, as from 16 June 2025, as Managing Director
Revenue & Institutional Relations to pursue a new professional project.
As of today, based on the information available to the Company, Cristiano Giuntoli and Francesco Calvo do not hold
any Juventus shares

Who is Cristiano Giuntoli?

Nationality: Italian
Cristiano Giuntoli began his football career playing in Serie C and D. After hanging up his boots at the age of 36, he took his first steps as a Sporting Director.

His initial experience was with La Spezia, followed by a successful spell at Carpi, where he achieved four promotions over six seasons. In the 2015/2016 season, he joined Napoli, where he won his first trophy, the 2019/2020 Coppa Italia, and later secured the Scudetto in the 2022/2023 season.

In July 2023, Cristiano joined Juventus as the “Football Director.” Starting from the 2024/2025 season.
